Gutter guards
Guards are fitted to existing or new runs and priced per linear foot. The scope note records the profile that was measured.
Repair and realignment
Sectional repairs, resealing and realignment are priced by the hour or as a fixed item, depending on what the site visit finds.
HOW PRICING IS RECORDED
Estimates you can read.
- Every line has a unit. Linear foot, each, hour or a fixed item — the unit is printed beside the quantity.
- Totals are calculated, not typed. Each line total is quantity times unit price, and the estimate total is their sum.
- Revisions are numbered. Issuing an estimate freezes that revision; a change creates a new numbered revision and the earlier one stays readable.
